2. Product Description

·TMH O81 is a high-performance resin developed for roller coatingand brush coating of low-grade top-grain leather, split leathershoe upper leather, sofa leather, and luggage leather. It isdesigned to improve surface quality, defect coverage, andembossing stability in cost-effective leather finishing systems.

·The product contributes to excellent filling performance, stableembossing-setting properties, and balanced surface aesthetics,supporting consistent and reliable finishing results across a widerange of leather substrates.

·Provides excellent filling and defect-filling hiding performance,effectively masking surface imperfections;

·Exhibits excellent embossing-setting property, ensuring clear andstable patterns;

5. Storage and Transportation

This product maintains stable storage at 5°C-40°C. Avoid exposure todirect sunlight and freezing. It can be stored for 6 months in the originalsealed package. Once the package is opened, use the product as soonas possible; stir thoroughly before use and seal the package after use. Itis a non-hazardous chemical.

6. Precautions

Adjust the dosage according to on-site finishing operations. If the slurrysinks or floats after dilution and standing, it is a normal phenomenon; stirthoroughly before use, which does not affect product performance. Dueto temperature changes, water vapor in the package may drip back tothe liquid surface or form a small amount of film on the inner wall of thegap or barrel lid, which is normal and can be used normally afterremoval. It is normal for the liquid viscosity to change with temperature.
